Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the terms and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by KIS CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) on its website. Article 2 (Definitions) The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows: 1. User: A person who receives services provided by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions 2. Service Agreement: A contract concluded between the company and the user in relation to the use of the service 3. Registration: An act of completing a service use agreement by filling in the relevant information in the application form provided by the company and agreeing to these terms and conditions 4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information required for membership registration on this site 5. User ID: A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the company for member identification and use of the member's service 6. Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information 7. Termination of Use: An expression of intent by the company or member to terminate the service agreement after use of the service Article 3 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions) If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request withdrawal (cancellation) of membership. If he/she continues to use the service without expressing his/her intention to reject it even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions. 1. These terms and conditions will take effect when posted on the service screen or announced through the notice board or other methods. 2. The company may change the contents of these terms and conditions if it deems necessary, and the changed terms and conditions will be posted on the service screen. If you continue to use the service without expressing your intention to reject it even after 7 days of the notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions. 3. If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may discontinue using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If he/she continues to use the service, he/she will be considered to have agreed to the change in terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same manner as the preceding paragraph. Article 4 (Applicable Provisions) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement) The use agreement is established by the company’s approval of the user’s application for use and the user’s agreement to the terms and conditions. Article 6 (Application for Use) Application for use can be made by filling in personal information on the membership application form requested by the company on the service's member information screen. Article 7 (Approval of application for use) 1. If a member fills out all the information in the application form accurately and applies for use, the application for use of the service will be accepted unless there are special circumstances. 2. In the following cases, the application may not be accepted. A. When the application is not made under the member's real name B. When the application is made using another person's name C. When the application contains false information D. When the application is made for the purpose of disturbing the public peace and order or public morals E. When the application does not meet other application requirements set by the company Article 8 (Changes to Contractual Terms) Members must correct any changes to the information provided when applying for use. Members are responsible for any problems that arise from failure to correct such information. Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties Article 9 (Company Obligations) The Company shall not disclose or distribute to a third party any personal information of a member that it knows in relation to the provision of services without the member’s consent. However, this shall not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc., for the purpose of investigating a crime, or in cases where there is a request pursuant to procedures stipulated in other relevant laws. Article 10 (Member's Obligations) 1. Members must not commit the following acts when using the service: A. Acts of illegally using another member's ID B. Acts of duplicating, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to a third party C. Acts of infringing upon the company's copyright, third party copyright, or other rights D. Acts of distributing content that violates public order and morals E. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to a crime F. Acts of violating other related laws 2. Members may not use the service for business activities, and the company is not responsible for any results arising from the use of the service for business activities. 3. Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the service or other contractual status to others, nor may they provide it as collateral. Chapter 4 Service Use Article 11 (Member's Obligations) 1. Members are responsible for maintaining their own mail, bulletin boards, registration information, etc. as needed. 2. Members may not arbitrarily delete or change information provided by the company. 3. Members must not register on the company's website any content that violates public order and morals or infringes on the copyrights or other rights of third parties. Members are responsible for all consequences that may arise from posting such content. Article 12 (Post Management and Deletion) In order to operate the service efficiently, the member's memory space, message size, storage period, etc. may be limited, and if the registered content falls under any of the following items, it may be deleted without prior notice. 1. If the content defames or slanders other members or third parties and damages their reputation 2. If the content violates public order and morals 3. If the content is deemed to be related to criminal acts 4. If the content infringes on the company's copyright, third party copyright, or other rights 5. If the member posts obscene materials on the company's homepage or bulletin board or links to obscene sites 6. If it is determined to violate other related laws Article 13 (Copyright of Posts) The copyright of posts belongs to the poster, and members may not use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained through the service. Article 14 (Service Usage Time) The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues. However, this does not apply in the event of regular maintenance or other reasons. Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use) You must not use the service to hack, link to pornographic websites, illegally distribute commercial software, etc., and the company is not responsible for the results of business activities, losses, legal actions by relevant organizations, etc. that occur due to violations of this. Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision) Service provision may be suspended in the following cases: 1. In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction work such as maintenance of service facilities 2. In case a fixed-term telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services 3. In case system inspection is required 4. In case of other force majeure Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use Article 17 (Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use) 1. When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member must apply for termination through the Internet, and the company will take action after verifying the member's identity. 2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the company must notify the user of its intention to terminate the service at least 30 days in advance, and provide the user with an opportunity to express his/her opinion. A. When another person's user ID and password are stolen. B. When service operation is intentionally disrupted. C. When falsely applying for membership D. If the same user double-registers with a different ID E. If content that is detrimental to public order and morals is distributed F. If an act is committed that damages the reputation of others or causes disadvantages G. If a large amount of information or advertising information is transmitted for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service H. If a computer virus program that causes malfunction of information and communication equipment or destruction of information, etc. is distributed I. In case of infringement of the intellectual property rights of the company, other members, or third parties J. In case of illegal use of another person's personal information, user ID, and password K. In case a member posts obscene materials on his/her homepage or bulletin board, or links to obscene sites L. In case of other cases deemed to be in violation of related laws Chapter 6 Others Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer) Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the service or other status under the service agreement to others, and may not provide this as collateral. Article 19 (Compensation for Damages) The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by members in connection with services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the Company’s intention or gross negligence. Article 20 (Exemption Clause) 1. If the Company is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure, the Company is exempt from liability for service provision. 2. The Company is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service equipment. 3. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the member's fault. 4. The company is not responsible for any loss caused by the benefits expected by the member using the service or the information obtained through the service. 5. The company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data, and facts posted by the member on the service. Article 21 (Jurisdiction) In the event of a lawsuit arising from a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction. Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will be effective from March 25, 2025.
